Julie Koegel is Grants officer for Women’s Fund. She has been part of the team since its inception In 1996. She meets with organizations serving women and girls, provides technical assistance to organizations, reviews applications and staffs the Grants Committee.

Julie has been a nonprofit and philanthropic consultant for 26 years. She has helped nonprofits with proposal writing, executive coaching, development of outcomes, strategic planning, program development, and financial management.  Her work with funders has included program coordination, grants management, coaching of Fellows, community assessments, research, strategic planning and program development. Her clients include Women’s Fund of Central Indiana, Central Indiana Senior Fund, United Way of Central Indiana, Arts Council of Indianapolis, NEXT Farm Initiative, and various other public and private foundations.

She has a B.A. in Political Science and an M.P.A., both from Indiana University.

Julie resides in Pike Township with her husband, dog and cat.  She is also looking forward to many trips to Chicago since her two daughters just moved up there.
