A pilot program for women 45+ navigating transition, reinvention, and legacy.

The Next Chapter is a growth, impact, and reinvention experience for women ages 45–75+ who are entering a new season of life. Rooted in reflection, skill-building, and community, the program invites participants to explore who they are now—and what they want to contribute next, personally, professionally, and philanthropically.

The program was inspired and made possible by philanthropist and community leader Marianne Glick, whose investment and vision helped bring the idea to life. 

Developed in close partnership with Marianne Glick and Women’s Fund, the program was shaped by Kelly Young, president of Baise Collective, who recognized the need for a dedicated space for experienced women leaders navigating transition and reinvention.
