Kelly M. Huntington, CFA
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT & CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, INDIANAPOLIS POWER & LIGHT COMPANY
Kelly Huntington is responsible for IPL’s financial services and information technology functions including controllership/accounting, financing & treasury, tax, and financial planning & analysis. Prior to joining IPL in April 2011, Kelly worked for AES, IPL’s parent company, for eight years. Most recently she was Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis with responsibility for a global function with approximately 150 professionals worldwide. Previous positions at AES included Vice President of Special Projects, Managing Director of Risk Management, and Director of Investor Relations. Prior to joining AES, Kelly worked in investment banking and private equity investment.
Kelly earned a SB in management science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Kelly is a member of the Board of Directors of the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Indianapolis Zoo. Kelly resides in Indianapolis with her husband and two children.
